    As the summer gets under way Tilly, dad Gordon, mum Tana and sisters Megan and Holly get ready for their holiday, but first they need to pack off brother Jack as he leaves on a water polo tour with his team. They also need to say goodbye to their dogs Rumpole and Bruno, as they head to the kennels for their own holiday. A good send-off would never be complete without some delicious food so Tilly whips up some supertasty treats, including a giant lip-smacking burger, a scrummy peanut butter milk shake and some delicious power balls, packed with vitamins. For the dogs, there are some special doggy biscuits on the menu. But before they can tuck in to the food, there's some pampering to be done, including doggy bath time and a full-on Ramsay girls makeover for Jack!

Sisters Megan and Holly head to the court with their friends to get some one on one coaching whilst Tilly does what she loves best - cooking up some delicious basketball-inspired food. To keep energy up on the court she's rustling up amazing slam-dunk meatball subs, terribly tasty basketball pizza pies and to cool everyone down in the hot Californian sun, fro-yo super ice lollies. Tilly arrives with her courtside picnic and after tucking in and demolishing the food, the guys split into teams and have a three-on-three basketball competition.

Tilly is getting to work on a super-healthy beach picnic for her green goddess mum - crunchy rainbow veg with a scrummy spiced bean dip, lean mean chicken and airy raspberry macarons. Or should that be macaroons? Before dad Gordon turns up to help cook a beach barbecue, the four Ramsay girls try out the latest LA fad, yoga paddleboarding. Fingers crossed it will be the break from the chaos that mum deserves - ommmmm!

Jack is sport and food mad, so this tasty and healthy lunch should be perfect before they hit the pool for a water polo competition with a twist... it is played in canoes! As all the Ramsay Bunch struggle to stay upright in their super-wobbly canoes, will it be tippy Team Tilly or generally wobbly Team Jack that win the match?

  • S03E05 The Toughest Challenge Ever

    The Ramsay bunch are having a fab summer in Los Angeles but it's getting serious as Matilda and her brother Jack go head to head, racing against each other in one of LA's toughest sporting events - the gruelling pier-to-pier swimming race. They have to swim two and a half miles against a strong current, in the cold and very rough Pacific Ocean. Even though sporty dad Gordon has been coaching Tilly, Jack is still convinced he can beat her. Because she is otherwise engaged, Tilly has been very organised and left video instructions for mum Tana to make a delicious post-race re-booster - a fruity smoothie bowl. But before they get to eat that, it is a nerve-wracking time for the Ramsay bunch as they wait to see if Jack and Tilly can complete the toughest challenge they have ever taken on and make it safely back to dry land. To cap off an incredible day, Tilly cooks a celebratory brunch of champions - delicious American waffles with letter eggs and oven-baked chicken.

She's on a mission to find out what goes in to making the ultimate sausage snack. After the gang visit a real-life dog hotel, which has double beds, flat screen TVs and acting lessons for dogs, the family tuck into a Tilly special dogtastic lunch of super tasty veggie hot dogs with a side order of healthy onion hound hoops and for dessert, a roll-over-rover cake, complete with a wagging tail.

    Tilly and the Ramsays hold the first ever Ramsay Wacky Races and head to the go-kart track to see who the fastest driver is. Tilly is in charge of the racetrack's pit-stop snacks, serving up some delicious food on the go - scrummy tortilla cups and, with a little help from mum, she makes her first ever sausage wheel. For dessert it's delicious rocky road 'tyres'. With all the food all prepped, it's time to start the engines, hit the racetrack and find out who is going to be crowned the wackiest Ramsay racer of all.

    Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch are in sunny LA, the city that loves to party and having a summer to remember. To celebrate dad Gordon and mum Tana's 20th wedding anniversary Tilly is cooking a Mexican feast and the biggest cake she's ever made. To throw the ultimate surprise party for mum and dad, Tilly, Megan, Holly and Jack are going with a major Mexican theme - amazing costumes and a special guest appearance from a brilliant 13-year-old mariachi singer. On the menu is Gordon and Tana's favourite Mexican dish, enchiladas, as well as a zingy prickly pear salad. And to top off the meal is Tilly's huge twenty layer rainbow tower cake, one layer for each year mum and dad have been married. But with dad determined to find out what's on Tilly's secret menu, she's going to have to be extra secretive to make sure the surprise isn't ruined!

While sisters Megan and Holly head off to the dance studio to learn some cool Californian moves from a top LA choreographer, Tilly and mum get musical at home. With music on the brain Tilly gets to work in the kitchen composing a pop-inspired lunch - tasty and tuneful musical carrots with a delicious kale and artichoke dip, with yummy 'pop' corn shrimp and chicken.

But in typical Ramsay fashion, there has to be a competition, so they meet up with some local fisherman to go head to head in a UK v USA fishing competition. Cooking outdoors next to the lake, Tilly makes a colourful summer salad and a watermelon pizza, but will dad's craziest ever cooking plan work, and will there actually be fresh fish on the menu?

    Tilly and the gang are preparing for the biggest, the best and the most important sporting event of the entire summer - the Ramsay Games! Who will finish the corn the quickest, who will get the fiery, blow-your-head-off chicken wing and who will become the Ramsay Games winners and be presented with Tilly's edible gold medal biscuits?

Up against some extremely experienced and super serious cooks, her food will need to cut the mustard if it's to stand any chance against the barbecue kings of America's west coast. Her plan to win the competition is to make a succulent pulled pork sandwich with some windy baked beans on the side, but to give it the winning touch she's going to make an amazing bbq sauce with a special Tilly twist to go with it.

    Matilda and her family are coming to the end of their crazy summer in sunny California but before they wave goodbye to LA life there's time for some vlogging. Inspired by a glamorous red carpet event they attended, Tilly, sisters Megan and Holly and brother Jack set out to document stories about the food fads, fashion, kookiness, glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Tilly, the editor and chief of the Ramsay Vlog, is making sure her roving reporters are well fed by preparing some scrummy LA nachos with cheese, beans and chicken and a reviving fruity, fizzy, Californian cooler. Down on Venice Beach boardwalk, Megan, Holly and Jack have their assignments to cover the fashion, LA weirdness, and of course the food of Los Angeles. Tilly has her very own assignment as she heads to a big movie premiere to interview the stars. Let's just hope the Ramsay Bunch vloggers meet their deadlines!

    After their crazy Californian summer, Matilda and the Ramsay bunch are back in Britain and Tilly is getting ready to cook a very special meal for dad Gordon's 50th birthday. Starting his birthday with a bang, Tilly, her sisters Megan and Holly and brother Jack decide to hide the invitation to a secret birthday party. Tilly and Jack are going to become fine-dining chefs for the party, cooking up a three-course menu to rival the best restaurant, including a starter of salmon and prawn ravioli, main of fillet of beef and a very dramatic dessert! Let's hope the birthday boy enjoys it as much as Tilly enjoyed making it!

Not to mention loads of embarrassing dad moments to choose from. It really was a fab summer and that doesn't even include all the deliciously yummy, scrummy food that Tilly cooked.

Devoted to this great British institution, Gordon and Tilly take their cooking to the extreme, kneeling down in front of the oven and praying for their yorkshire puddings to rise perfectly. But it's not all plain sailing in the Ramsay kitchen: as Tilly's gravy comes to the boil, a food fight erupts between mum Tana and dad Gordon about whether a traditional Sunday lunch can be spiced up with inventive vegetable dishes.

In some of Cornwall's wildest and most beautiful countryside the bunch pit themselves against the survival challenges Gordon sets them: swimming across a freezing cold lake and diving for signal crayfish, climbing a perilously high cliff face in search of wild herbs, and building a shelter on Bodmin Moor. Tilly and Gordon cook dinner using ingredients foraged in the wild - no supermarkets for Tilly! And Gordon has a surprise survival food challenge for everyone - have they got the stomach to eat live bugs!

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch meet one of Britain's most successful Olympians, kayak gold medallist Joe Clarke. Tilly and the bunch meet Joe at the London 2012 white water Olympic centre. Joe gets straight down to it showing the bunch just what it takes to be an Olympic champion and throws them all in at the deep end... literally! In a hair-raising kayak race full of thrills, spills and major wipeouts, Tilly and Jack battle it out to see who's the fastest Ramsay on the rapids. To repay Joe for his amazing white-water training, Tilly borrows the kitchen of a barge harboured on the nearby river Lea, and cooks him a super healthy lunch fit for a champion.

    Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch are on tenterhooks as Tilly's big sister Megan takes part in one of the world's most grueling races - the London Marathon. Megan needs all the help she can get to pull it off, so Tilly and the Ramsay Bunch spring into action. Tilly takes care of Megan's food, cooking a classic athletes pre-race supper, a super-healthy carb-loaded pasta dish and an inspirational marathon pudding. Meanwhile Jack and Holly work on motivating Megan and put together a star-studded film with good luck messages from Olympic champions Mo Farah, Tom Daley and Joe Clarke. Then it's race time! Will Megan complete the punishing 26 mile race and become The Marathon Girl?

Inspired by their bike-tastic day she makes a delicious summer soup and a loaf of bread tattooed with a Tour de Tilly logo. Then using a clever invention and pedal power to do the hard work she and Jack churn their own butter to spread on the freshly baked bread.

Jack and Megan head straight to the reptile house and immediately get down to work laying a scent trail to help exercise the terrifyingly komodo dragons, giving giant Galapagos Island turtles a wash and brush-up and hanging out with Jack's favourite creatures - snakes! Inspired by these wonderful reptiles Tilly makes a mozzarella salad served in a watermelon turtle, a slinky snake sausage roll and some adorable Milly Mouse biscuits - the perfect picnic for a zoo full of hungry reptile keepers!

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch take off for a sky-high adventure as Tilly attempts an incredible cooking first. The family is going on holiday to the Italian island of Sardinia, but before they set off Tilly makes everyone breakfast - her Full Britalia pizza, which is half British and half Italian. Once the family board the plane and are flying high, Tilly gets the chance to do what she's always wanted to attempt - cooking at 30,000 feet. On her menu is a deliciously airy apricot fool and her Italian five mile-high sandwich. made with basil and lemon mayonnaise, Italian salami and pecorino cheese. Unfortunately, Gordon and Tilly can't resist roping in the pilots to help cook and chaos ensues. Who's flying the plane?

  • S04E08 La Festa Italiana Part Two

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch are on the Italian island of Sardinia and Tilly is ticking off 'must-dos' on her ultimate seaside 'bucket and spade list'! At the top of the list are diving off a boat, getting an underwater selfie with a fish, and cooking like an Italian. One thing great Italian food is famous for is wonderful fresh local ingredients - so Tilly sets to buy just-caught fish from a local fisherman. She sends Holly and mum off to a nearby farm to collect herbs and lemons. With her super fresh ingredients, Tilly cooks her take on a classic Italian fish stew, herby flatbreads and lemon sorbet. Tilly has been in the family's bad books since she surprised them with an early morning wake-up call singing Italian opera, but when they taste her delicious Italian dinner she is forgiven!

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch undertake a major fashion challenge - to give Jack the ultimate makeover and turn him into the coolest boy at his party! Holly and Megan team up with Rebeka Roy, one of the UK's top fashion stylists, and Tilly gets down to work cooking a super-stylish pre-party dinner. On Tilly's food red carpet are some of the most fashionable dishes around - her brilliant boa buns, spiralized noodles with a spicy peanut sauce, and accessorised boba tea. With Rebeka's expert help Holly chooses some fantastic 'looks' for Jack to model and before they eat Jack gives them a catwalk preview of his choice - will it get a stylish thumbs-up or be deemed a fashion disaster?

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch take part in one of the summer's most exciting competitions - the London dragon boat race. Team Ramsay are determined to do well in the race so they pull out all the stops to give their crew a winning edge! To help energize the team, Tilly cooks them her yummy power pancakes, super-steamed buns and a top-secret dish called dragon's breath meringues, which she hopes will give them magical strength. As Tilly takes care of the food, Jack and Megan kit out the team in striking uniforms - and make motivational fortune cookies for everyone. Each dragon boat has a crew of 16 paddlers and a drummer perched precariously on a tiny seat at the front of the boat. Tilly drums and Jack leads the paddlers, but will Team Ramsay win this year's Dragon Boat Cup?

  • S04E11 The Hospital Challenge

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch are on a mission to relieve the boredom in Great Ormond Street Hospital. The young patients on the ward need to have dialysis sessions which involve being connected to a machine for around four hours at a time, which is really, really dull! Tilly, So Megan and Holly have come to the hospital to try and transform one of these sessions with some food and some fun. Tilly kicks off the day by wheeling a fairground popcorn machine onto the ward and cooking up three deliciously different flavours. After a very messy cheese puff challenge, she makes a giant, edible message board with help from everyone on the ward and then she pranks the parents and nurses with some yummy looking ice creams!

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch train with the English National Ballet. In a plan to help her rugby-mad brother and some of his teammates improve their game, Tilly sends them off to get some special training which even professional rugby players use. Jack and his friends find out pretty quickly that ballet training is tough, physically very demanding and requiring great agility, both vital skills they need to improve their rugby. To complete their training day Tilly cooks Jack and his rugby friends a deliciously healthy lunch - her 'all-try' meatball spaghetti with a muscle-building shake to drink, plus a yummy souffle for pudding. Rugby training with a difference - Tilly style!

    Matilda and the Ramsay bunch are on holiday in Cornwall and Tilly is determined to give everyone the perfect day. To kick it off she arranges for her brother Jack and sister Holly to have the adrenaline ride of their lives, a full-speed waterskiing and wakeboarding run along the Cornish coastline. Then she sets up a pop-up tea room on the sand dunes and bakes the ultimate Cornish cream tea for Gordon and Holly. Next it's a no-holds barred Ramsay race full of thrills, spills and excitement. Finally, to make the day complete, Tilly does what she loves best, cooking and bringing everyone together with her food.

Back on dry land Tilly cooks a feast for the hungry heroes - her brilliant beef Nelson pies served with baked butternut squash mash, and for afters - her totally moreish Cornish sticky fudge pudding.

Flying in a plane 10,000 feet above the Cornish countryside, Jack receives the order and skydives at a speed of 131mph to give mum and dad a takeaway delivery they will never forget!

They are sailing in the back-up boat, skippered by Ian from the RNLI. If Jack succeeds Tilly is going to cook him a special Cornish lunch to celebrate - Stargazy pie, lovely lemony broccoli and a Cornish ice cream cake made with cream straight from the local cows. But if he fails and has to be rescued, she is going to call it loser's lunch!
