Radnja humoristične serije ZAKON! smještena je u Svetkovinu, mjesto na samoj granici dviju prosperitetnih županija, prijestolnicu industrije namještaja i – zahvaljujući jakim policijskim snagama, inspektoru Zdravku Mačeku i njegovom zamjeniku Mateu Ćiriću – najsigurnije naselje u domovini. Njih će se dvojica baviti slučajevima koji uključuju pljačke, otmice, serijska ubojstva, pedofiliju, kradljivce bakra, auto-mafiju, CD-pirateriju, mitska čudovišta, sotoniste i drevno pleme Afro-Hrvata.
