In the late 1970's, Jang Dal-Goo went to the Middle East and settled down in the small kingdom. He became Count Souad Fahd Ali and found success there, but he returns to South Korea to find his daughter. He appears in front his daughter Lee Ji-Young and his son-in-law Kang Ho-Rim.
Lee Ji-Young has a positive personality and her dream is to have a happy family and become a writer. Kang Ho-Rim has a great looking appearance and works as an ordinary salaryman.
Jang Dal-Goo est un Coréen expatrié dans un pays du Moyen-Orient, où il est devenu le richissime comte Souad Fahd Ali. Il retourne en Corée lorsqu'il découvre qu'il a une fille dénommée Lee Ji-Young, déjà mariée, mais approche d'abord son gendre, Kang Ho-Rim, afin de préparer correctement ces retrouvailles père-fille. Mais Ho-Rim entretient une liaison avec une certaine (et différente) Lee Ji-Young. L'identité des deux femmes provoque un quiproquo.

該劇講述了一位前韓國軍人張達九（崔民秀飾），於70年代在外派至中東執勤時，曾因奮不顧身地拯救一名中東油王富豪，結果幸得油王賞識而成功在該中東國家被封為伯爵，享盡一切榮華富貴。但是，數十年後的今天，油王卻要求達九結娶他家下的女兒，不願結婚的達九便以自己早年前已在韓國育下一名已失散多年的女兒為理由，推卻油王。為了尋找女兒，他便決定數十年後回到韓國，尋回他的女兒李智英（姜藝媛飾），還有她已婚的丈夫姜浩林（申成祿飾），從而引發的一連串爆笑故事。
