Surya(Kailash (actor)) is Vinayaka Naickar's (Prabhu Ganesan) stepbrother. Vinayakan is very rich; Surya is struggling to make a living. Vinayakan sends some amount every month to Surya and that is how he survives. Manu (Asif Ali (actor)) is Surya's friend who dreams about becoming a filmmaker.
