お笑いコンビ・くりぃむしちゅーの“初冠番組”として、2004年10月深夜枠で番組スタート。毎回、くりぃむしちゅーとテレビ朝日・大木優紀アナウンサーが繰り広げる“ユルグダ感”で、深夜枠ながら高視聴率を獲得。2008年4月からはゴールデン進出を果たし、レギュラー放送終了後の今年に入ってからも視聴者の熱い要望に応える形で特番として復活。「芸能界ビンカン選手権」「芸能界No.2選手権」「N-1グランプリ」と云った、くりぃむしちゅーの持つ独自の世界観による秀逸企画で、番組はコアなお笑いファンの中で早くも伝説化されている。
