主人公は、美人で仕事もバリバリこなし、誰もが憧れる存在の庄司しょう子26歳。 そんな彼女が抱える悩みは、いまだ自分が処女であるということ。 自分を変えるために“恋家（コイハウス）”という恋活シェアハウスに入居し、男女6人で共同生活を送ることになる。シェアハウスの人間関係が複雑に絡みはじめ、しょう子の恋は思わぬ方向に動き出していく･･･。
