Pan Yan is a trainee lawyer of Rongke Law Firm. He and Shu Yinan, Zuo Na, and Zhu Xin Xin, who entered Rongke's internship at the same time, encountered confusion when they first entered the workplace. During the internship, they are exposed to various types of litigation commissions.

Pan Yan est stagiaire dans le cabinet d’avocats Rongke. Lui, et Shu Yinan, Zuo Na et Zun Xinxin, qui effectuent leur stage au même endroit, sont confrontés à différents types d’affaires. En plus de son travail, Pan Yan doit aussi gérer des difficultés familiales. Avec l’aide de Lan Hong et Du Feiyu, ses supérieurs, il va progresser et s'affirmer, trouvant aussi une issue à ses problèmes personnels.
