The competition kicks off at the new concept 'self B&B' Bove Town House in Glastonbury, owned by partners Shannon Slater-Dent and Trevor Tredgett. While Ben Davenport and Sian Dewaal from the Fritton Arms immediately recognise that this B&B will be tough competition, Stevie King and his head chef Dave from SugarBeat Eating House dismiss the activity as being 'hippy'. But it's the poor night's sleep that bothers Kathryn and best friend Trevor from Treberthan B&B, as well as the fact they have to cook their own breakfast.
