  • S01E01 Wales

    The set for Jack's stand-up performance is built in a working men's club where he is joined by Welsh comic actress and writer Ruth Jones and music guest Lethal Bizzle. But before putting on the show Jack shares his experience of Wales, staying with a local Welsh family, joining the father's male voice choir and acting alongside the aunt in Welsh soap opera Pobol y Cwm.

    The set for Jack's stand-up performance is built in the Civic Hall where he is joined by Newcastle football legend Alan Shearer and music guests Rizzle Kicks. But before putting on the show Jack shares his experience of Newcastle, staying with a local family, going "out on the toon" with the son, and going undercover as a Hollywood producer to see how far the cast of Geordie Shore will go to achieve fame.

    The set for Jack's stand-up performance is built in the SECC where he is joined by Scottish acting legend John Hannah, comic and Fresh Meat co-star, Greg McHugh and music guests The Vaccines. But before putting on the show Jack shares his experience of Glasgow, staying with a local family and joining in with the daughter's Highland dancing class. He also goes undercover as TV star Matty Myers in a fake show called Glasgow's Hardest B******s to see if the stereotypical Glaswegian hardman is actually true.

    The set for Jack's stand-up performance is in a Manchester church where he is joined by Lancashire cricket legend Freddie Flintoff and music guests Maverick Sabre. But before putting on the show Jack shares his experience of Manchester, staying with a local family and joining in with a cabaret night by dragging up as his new alter ego Vera Gwendolyn. He also goes undercover as a music guru to see how far local bands will go in order to get a contract and be part of the great Manchester music tradition, as well as posing as a tattoo artist to test how important Manchester football rivalries are.
