白志勇（靳東飾）、黃九恆（李宗翰飾）、藍天愚（李乃文飾），三個中年男人，幾乎在同一時間遭遇了婚姻滑鐵盧，先後成為失婚男。一次自我治癒的澳洲之旅，將三個從無交集的男人湊到一處，並與導遊，同時也是一家酒吧老闆的江小美（蔣欣飾）結識。都說幸福的家庭千篇一律，不幸的家庭各有不同。三個大男人打開心扉之際，才慢慢了解到了彼此的婚變始末。江小美的酒吧成為三個失意中年男人傾訴痛苦、敞開心扉之地。而隨著來往漸漸頻繁，三個男人也知道了藏在江小美心中那不為人知的過往和心酸的現狀。於是，幾個人在彼此的攜扶下，開始了對生活、情感、事業進行全新體察。雖然各自遭遇不同，但三人同行，相扶打氣。最終，經歷種種，男人們獲得新生，尋回來時的路。三位妻子亦在他們的重生中，看到了全新的丈夫。而江小美也得益於他們的幫助，解決了自己的困境。
