Super Castlevania IV was published and developed by Konami in 1991 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It’s a side-scrolling action-platormer and is essentially a remake of the original Castlevania game for NES. The NES titles are favorites to most NES lovers (well, usually excluding Simon’s Quest). The SNES entry is largely considered the best in the series, and the one all future installments are judged by. It once again stars Simon Belmont on a quest to kill the prince of darkness himself - Count Dracula!
