تدور أحداث المسلسل حول مجلس إدارة (البورد)، حيث يُسيطر فيه القوي على كل شيء، ولا يملك الضعيف فيه حتى نفسه، فتسعى مي ﻹثبات جدارتها، وتمنع أي شخص من الاقتراب من مساحتها الخاصة، بعد توليها منصب الرئيسي التنفيذي للشركة خلفا للمتحرش زكي، وضد منافسها الدائم رابح.
