Bebe Rexha hosts the awards ceremony from the Ahoy Rotterdam stage. Other nominees include Beyonce, DNCE, Zara Larsson, Duran Duran, Metallica, Calvin Harris and Lady Gaga. All but one of the categories will be decided by votes from the general public.
