    Nisha Katona takes Fred Sirieix to San Sebastian for a mind-blowing meal at one of the world's top restaurants and to visit a tiny sports bar to learn the secrets of the perfect tortilla. The first place in Nisha's little black book is Mugaritz, ranked as the ninth best restaurant in the world and famous for wild experimentation - something that is made clear as soon as the menus arrive. Instead of a list of dishes to select, the Mugaritz menu is two pictures, one of a swimming fish, one of a flying fish, and Nisha and Fred make their choice, but have little clue what they are going to eat. Can Andi change his mind as they are served lamb and couscous at a legendary family restaurant, chicken tagine for under £10, and breakfast on a spectacular roof terrace?

    Fred Sirieix travels to Austria's capital Vienna in the company of food writer Rachel Khoo. The duo begin in the city's first district, the epicentre of coffee house culture, a crucial part of the Viennese social scene. Here, Rachel takes Fred to the iconic Café Demel, known for its exquisite cakes. Moving on, they learn how to make a spinach, cream and bread dumpling, before meeting a trailblazing chef taking the city by storm. Fred in particular is wowed by his schnitzel, reworked into a haute cuisine masterpiece. Finally the duo end their evening with a visit to one of the city's many sausage stands.

First up is a French bistro where they enjoy a stunning cote de boeuf and Michel makes aligot, known as the best mashed potato in the world. The duo then enjoy a swim in one of Britain's oldest lidos, which has an award-winning restaurant serving up a delicious breakfast. Escaping to the countryside, they visit a countryside hotel and restaurant when Fred makes buffalo mozzarella while Michel samples the hotel's own cider, before a return to the city and the multicultural neighbourhood of St Pauls, where they learn to cook Caribbean jerk turkey.
