After snooping round each other's houses, they'll get advice from Amanda and £1000 to make necessary changes to their home in the hope of getting an offer from this edition's buyers - Amanda and Ian. Rachel and Matt need to reorganise the downstairs layout of their family home, while Don and Barbie could do with hiding some of their family life from view.
