Two teenagers, bored while babysitting, decide to have some entertainment by making prank phone calls to complete strangers. They tell the person on the other end of the line, "I saw what you did, and I know who you are!" Its all-in good fun until they happen to call a man who just murdered his wife. The latter has an immediate need to find out who they are and eliminate this new problem.
