The RHS has been at the forefront of British gardening for more than 200 years. Best known for staging the world’s most famous and prestigious flower show, Chelsea, it has four showcase gardens up and down the country. In 2017, it embarked on a fifth garden, RHS Bridgewater. This series charts the story of one of the most ambitious and challenging gardening projects the UK has ever seen. With unique access, we go behind the scenes and meet the top team of designers, engineers and gardeners tasked with taking on this colossal construction project on the site of a former grand Victorian estate in Greater Manchester.
