Die Klinikbetrieb läuft auf Hochtouren. Dr. Pol selbst schlägt sich mit vier gefräßigen Kühen herum. Er soll feststellen, ob die Tiere tragend sind, doch die haben ihren eigenen Kopf. Dr. Brenda wiederum muss zu einem Notfall eilen: Das Pferd Sisco wird von Koliken geplagt. Zum Glück weiß die Tierärztin zu helfen. Die ständigen Außeneinsätze von Dr. Pol und Dr. Brenda haben jedoch zur Folge, dass die Klinik notorisch unterbesetzt ist. Und nun will auch noch Dr. Sandra die Praxis verlassen …
It's a full day for the vets when Dr. Pol wrangles a foursome of gutsy cows that refuse their pregnancy checks and Dr. Brenda deals with an after-hours emergency when Sisco the horse is down with colic. The two vets are always ready for action, but with the clinic understaffed and Dr. Sandra preparing to leave the practice, life at the Pol Clinic somehow found a way to get crazier.
