Yogi is trying to fulfill his dream of renting a scooter and going for a ride. The rental agent insists that they do not rent to bears. While sitting on a scooter to see what it's like the scooter starts and Yogi is off and running. He not only doesn't know how he started it, he doesn't know how to stop it either.
