تدور الأحداث حول محمد رجب الذي يؤدي شخصية عتال في الشركة التي يمتلكها رياض الخولي، وبمرور الأحداث نعرف أنه من أكثر الموظفين التزاما في الشركة، ما يجعل رياض الخولي يعتمد عليه بشكل كبير، ولهذا يدخل في صراعات كبيرة، مع نجل الخولي، الذي يجسد شخصيته محمد عز، والذي يحاول طوال الوقت أن يورط رجب في العديد من الأزمات والمشاكل.
