世界中からヨソ者が集まる街、バビ電市。ありとあらゆるものが電気で稼働している。そんな街中で営業している 運送屋、なんでも運ぶイナズマデリバリー。そこで働くヘミングウェイは 気のいい真面目な若者だ。ある晩、迷子の宇宙人？バイザウェイがやって来て 自分を母星まで送れと要求してくる。宇宙人を狙う組織まで現れて、二人は渦中に巻き込まれていく。ヘミングウェイはバイザウェイを 無事に送り届けることができるのか・・！？
