本剧讲述了彪悍女孩儿丁了了在学生时期就因为以学姐廉歌瑶为榜样而选择了新闻专业，毕业后的她顺利成为江夏市电视台的新人编导，且与王牌主播廉歌瑶共事，负责着一档名为《广角江夏》的民生节目。种种机缘巧合下，廉歌瑶成为了丁了了和弟弟丁满的合租室友，丁了了就此开始了与女神学姐同居的日子。丁了了在工作时与药剂学博士江侃多次合作，发生了一系列乌龙事件，两人从一开始的彼此看不顺眼变得互相理解。丁了了的热情开朗和乐观也慢慢打动了寡言冷淡的江侃，让他敞开心扉，丁了了对待工作的认真负责和与生俱来的不服输的正义感更让江侃喜欢上了这个可爱的女孩。阳光帅气的跆拳道教练丁满则与廉歌瑶从双向暗恋修成正果，享受着甜蜜的恋爱生活。
