Doğduğu toprakların ona biçtiği kadere meydan okuyarak başarılı bir cerrah olan Serhat, sevdiği kadın Melek’le ailesinden gizlice evlenir. Serhat, a highly successful surgeon who traded the destiny his homeland had in store for him for building a completely different life for himself in Istanbul. This decision leads him to Melek, whom Serhat immediately falls in love with and secretly marries without his family knowing, but fate has an unforeseen surprise waiting for him. Forced to return to Urfa, Serhat finds himself in the middle of the past he has been running from for years, living in the shadow of two rival families.
