Bordeaux. Un chirurgien esthétique, le Dr Belmont, est retrouvé mort dans une effrayante mise en scène sur le parking de la clinique où il exerçait avec ses deux associés et amis. Pour la capitaine Sarah Santoni, cette enquête s’avère vite très sensible : elle a subi une chirurgie reconstructrice du visage suite à une violente agression. Et la victime, le Dr Belmont… est celui qui l’a opérée et aidée à surmonter son traumatisme.
