伊川正樹は、事件件数ゼロ・連続1100日達成を誇る、平和すぎる町「森沼ネクスタウン」で暮らす平凡な男。老人ホームで介護士として働きながら、結婚6年目を迎えた愛する妻・真弓まゆみ（宮澤エマ）と、ペットの文鳥・ピョートルと、幸せな毎日を送っている。 そんなある日、伊川は転落事故に遭い、意識不明に。1週間後、ようやく目を覚まし急いで自宅に戻ると、なんとそこには、自分になりすまして暮らす他人の姿が…！さらに、同僚やご近所さん、妻の真弓すらも彼のことを覚えていないようで…。幸せな日常から一変、不可解な状況に追いつめられる伊川。彼の身に一体何が起きたのか？やがてそこには、〈衝撃の真実〉が隠されていることが明らかになりーー。
