Janice is disappointed in Leanne for not telling her about her drug problem. She feels it's her worst nightmare come true. Vinny and Natalie book a Tunisian holiday, with her asking Jim to act as her temporary manager. Mike is horrified to hear Alison is pregnant and will want maternity leave. He tells Mark to sack her but he refuses. Natalie tells Leanne she'll keep her on but she must have drug counselling. With Mike away overnight, Linda stays away from Mark. He accuses her of not trusting herself to be alone with him. Jim is scared when Gwen comes onto him and leads him to bed. He isn't sure if he'll be able to live up to her expectations.
