    • January 7, 2024

Chef Anne Burrell and new mentor Tiffany Derry take on a fresh group of recruits in culinary boot camp, and these cooks are spoiled with a capital S! Accustomed to dining out and delivery apps, these sixteen recruits have never cooked a meal in their lives. Anne and Tiffany are ready to transform these coddled culinary novices into actual home cooks, but first they need to see what they are working with. To kick off the competition, the recruits must recreate their favorite takeout dish, giving the chefs a firsthand look at their cooking skills, or lack thereof. Then for the main dish cook, the recruits must replicate the chefs' steak and potato dinner. The cooks with potential will move on, but those who can't keep up will have to move out.

While the recruits are more accustomed to chilling on the sundeck than cooking, this time they have to serve it up below deck and make a trio of seafood appetizers worthy of a captain's table. Afterwards, it's time to get shrimpin' when Anne and Tiffany teach the recruits how to prepare shrimp and grits. Then in the main dish challenge, the teams must break down an entire fish and serve a delicious fish entrée. Afterwards, Anne and Tiffany task their teams with replicating biscuits and gravy. The training wheels come off in the main dish challenge when the chefs leave the kitchen and have the recruits create an entire composed dish on their own. While some recruits start to find their groove in the kitchen, the least successful recruits are eliminated.

  • S27E06 Spoiled Rotten: Bake It Till You Make It

Anne Burrell and Tiffany Derry challenge the recruits to throw a fabulous soiree, and the teams must create three appetizers, a signature cocktail and decorate their space to impress the VIP chefs. For the main dish challenge, nothing screams celebration like cake, so the chefs have their recruits bake and decorate their own layer cakes. The best recruits will have their cake and eat it too, but the worst ones will be heading home with no dessert.

  • S27E07 Spoiled Rotten: Fight for the Finale

    • February 4, 2024

Only two recruits can move on to the finale, so the final four play Meal of Fortune, where they spin the wheel and answer trivia questions or perform culinary tasks in order to collect more chef bucks! Then, the teams use their chef bucks to purchase a basket of ingredients for the last skill drill cook. It's a head-to-head battle between the final four recruits as they each cook a composed dish to earn a spot in the final cook. Anne Burrell and Tiffany Derry work closely with their final recruits practicing their three-course, restaurant quality meal, but a surprise special guest pops in and reveals a twist.
