    In Darwen, letting agent Paul Ainsworth-Lord chases a tenant in a two-bed terrace who hasn't paid rent in four months and owes nearly thousands in rent. He has legitimate concerns the property is abandoned so heads round for an inspection and discovers a cannabis factory in the loft. Police are called and the tenant is evicted. And Paul meets the new tenant a year later.
