Die Show wechselt zwischen der Welt des Cafés, in dem Maja mit der sexy Barkeeperin Odi arbeitet; die praktische Punk-Kellnerin Paula; und der liebeskranke, mürrische Boss; und die Wohnung, die Maja mit ihrem Ex-Babysitter, der übergeschlechtlichen Ariana, teilt.
