Enzo, adolescent ordinaire vivant en banlieue de Saint-Etienne, sonne chez son voisin Shazam à la demande de sa mère pou régler un soucis de taupe. Ine ne s'attendait certainement pas à tomber sur un magicien illuminé, persuadé que selon une prophétie, Enzo est l'enfant élu qui va aider à sauver son monde. Pour parvenir à ses fins, l'adolescent rentre dans son jeu mais malheureusement, se débarrasser des taupes va prendre bien plus de temps que prévu : il faut acheter du matériel et donc trouver l'argent. Shaz règle le problème en convoquant chez lui un homme louche qui leur échange de l'or sorti de nulle part contre 40000€. Shaz serait-il vraiment magicien ? Abasourdi par ce qu'il vient de vivre, Enzo rentre chez lui, non sans mener la valise d'argent chez lui...
