海洋地质系女高材生安菲本默默暗恋着一个年轻有为的科学家莫凉，期待着有一天能成为业内顶尖科研人员和海洋卫士，以和心上人比肩。突然一天，她的生活中出现一个总是给她带来厄运的美少年——叶海，一切都被其打乱。叶海不仅和莫凉所负责的海洋能源实验项目作对，还”满口胡诌”告诉安菲她曾是自己的妻子，两人有共同负责保护海洋的职责。奇怪和自负的叶海让安菲避之不及，然而实验项目的发展事态大大超出安菲想象，其潜在危害正如叶海所言。同时她也发现，自己记忆深处确实和叶海有着一丝情感牵连，并且叶海的身上，存在一股力图挽救危机前的海洋的强大能量。两人最终如传说中的海皇波塞冬与海后安菲特里忒，担负起保护大海的职责。
