An einem Schultag, an dem eine Klasse ihrer Lehrerin, Frau Takahashi, Blumen schenkt, die in Mutterschaftsurlaub geht, wechselt ein Junge namens Atsuhiro Maeda in die Klasse und wird vom Badmintonspieler Taichi Tanaka durch die Schule geführt.
On a school day, where a class gives flowers to their teacher, Ms. Takahashi, who is heading on maternity leave, a boy named Atsuhiro Maeda transfers into the class and is guided around the school by badminton player Taichi Tanaka. Meanwhile, a girl named Konatsu Miyamoto quits the choir club after becoming tired of not being able to sing and aspires to create a new choir club, of which she'll need five members. After managing to convince her best friend, Sawa Okita, to join and forcing her brother to apply as well, Konatsu tries to convince her other friend Wakana Sakai to join, but she doesn't want to sing for personal reasons. As Konatsu goes into town to practise her singing, her voice brings Wakana, Sawa, Taichi and Atsuhiro together to the same point.
江の島にある土産物店の一人娘、坂井和奏。弓道部に所属する沖田紗羽。そして紗羽の親友、宮本来夏。彼女達が通う白浜坂高校には普通科のほかに音楽科があり、歌うことが好きな来夏は普通科の生徒だが声楽部に所属していた。しかし1年前、合同発表会での出来事をきっかけに歌わせてもらえず、日々悩んでいた。ある日、意を決して顧問である教頭に想いを伝えるのだが……。和奏、紗羽、来夏、瑞々しい少女たちの高校生活最後の夏が始まる――。
En un día escolar, cuando una clase le da flores a su maestra, la Sra. Takahashi, que se va de baja por maternidad, un niño llamado Atsuhiro Maeda se transfiere a la clase y es guiado por la escuela por el jugador de bádminton Taichi Tanaka. Mientras tanto, una niña llamada Konatsu Miyamoto abandona el club coral después de cansarse de no poder cantar y aspira a crear un nuevo club coral, del cual necesitará cinco miembros. Después de lograr convencer a su mejor amiga, Sawa Okita, para que se uniera y obligar a su hermano a postularse también, Konatsu intenta convencer a su otra amiga, Wakana Sakai, para que se una, pero ella no quiere cantar por razones personales. Cuando Konatsu va a la ciudad para practicar su canto, su voz une a Wakana, Sawa, Taichi y Atsuhiro en el mismo punto.
