Knowing Vera is going to visit, Tricia turns the heating off so the flat is cold. Alma tells Mike she bumped into Stephen and had a drink with him. He's instantly suspicious. Andy tells Curly he can stay with them as long as he likes and that he and Anne don't see eye to eye all the time. Ken is surprised when Denise turns up with Daniel. She asks Ken to look after him overnight as she and Brian Dunkley have business, trying to make him see she is not the enemy and she does want him to be part of Daniel's life.
