When their home sold more quickly than anticipated, Tom, Bridget and their two boys moved in with friends. So now they're more desperate than ever to find a new family pad. And that's where the Property Brothers step in to turn things around. With their pricey target neighborhood already at the top of their budget, Drew and Jonathan convince Tom and Bridget that a fixer-upper is the only way to go. It's up to Drew to track down a great property that will also cut down on the family's daily commute. Later, Jonathan has a mega project on his hands, and admits that delivering a brand new home in just seven weeks is mildly terrifying.
