In the middle of the sit-in, Republican Louie Gohmert took to the floor to argue face to face with some of the Democrats. Video of Gohmert screaming that the people in Orlando died at the hands of radical Islam, not guns. Cenk points out that the motivations of the killer weren’t based in being radicalized, but actually closer to Gohmert’s beliefs. Sen Bernie Sanders made an appearance at the Democratic sit-tin. When Sanders made his return to the Senate, many of his colleagues greeted him much less enthusiasm due to his desire to reform the Establishment Democratic Party. Sen Sanders also appeared on CSPAN and revealed that he doesn’t think he’ll be the nominee. He also suggested that Hillary choose a progressive running mate, not someone that is a Wall St surrogate. Another video of Bernie telling CSPAN the plan is to transform the Party altogether. Segment 2Democratic delegates met in NY and chaos ensued between Clinton supporters and Sanders delegates. Two of the Sanders supporters were silenced and eventually assaulted by a Clinton delegate. Video of the confrontation. It turns out that Hillary Clinton’s private email server that was set up in her house actually did experience attempts from hackers to gain access despite her promise that it never was tampered with. Due to these attacks, the State Dept was also made vulnerable to the attempts from hackers to gain access. The SCOTUS ruled to uphold Affirmative Action in Texas since Conservative leaning Kennedy switched his vote to side with Liberals after Scalia died. A shooting in a small town in Germany is believed to have been carried out by a lone shooter described as 'disturbed.' Once cops returned fire, they found that the shooter was firing blanks at them, resulting only in his death.
