Architectural designer Charlie Luxton returns for a new series in which he helps people build affordable dream homes. This time he's helping Sam and Eryka in Brockley in south-east London. Sam and Eryka plan to build a contemporary warehouse-style home in a derelict industrial unit, including studio space for artist Eryka. Getting planning permission isn't easy. The couple throw their life savings and all their energy into the project. Can Charlie help them strike the right balance between work and living space?
