Ueno in Tokyo has been getting increasingly popular among foreign tourists in recent years. Half of the people who went to Ueno for this year’s hanami season are said to be foreigners. So we surveyed 150 foreigners who visited Ueno about the appeals of Ueno and determined the top 5.
