Ralph the Mouse (voiced by John Matthews) is grounded by his Uncle Lester for not sharing his toy motorcycle. Ralph decides to run away from home on his motorbike and comes to a summer camp for children, where he befriends a lonely young boy named Garfield (Fred Savage).
