Der korrupte Polizeileutnant Carlito Blanco hat Lily und Lotti entführt. Damit will er Vic, Albert und Charlie zwingen einen Auftrag am Flughafen für ihn zu erledigen. Natürlich trauen die Jungs ihm nicht und wollen versuchen, die Frauen zu befreien.
Lily and Lotti try to escape their confinement while Vic and Billy hatch a plan to break them out. Meanwhile, Charlie, Albert and Hate ‘Em take a different approach, agreeing to facilitate a dangerous arms deal in exchange for the girls' freedom.
Albert, Billy e Vic vengono portati da Blanco, il quale chiede loro di attaccare due criminali venuti per comprare armi da un trafficante rumeno. I ragazzi dovranno prendere le armi e consegnarle a Cortez in aeroporto. In cambio Blanco libererà Lily e Lotti. Vic e Billy cercano di trovare le ragazze da soli e vanno da Occhi di Serpente. Intanto Henry irrompe nella stanza dei due criminali, li cattura e cerca di scoprire dov’è il trafficante.
Con Lily y Lotti como rehenes, Blanco encarga al resto de los Hills un trabajo para recuperarlos. Vic y Albert se enfrentan por el mejor plan de acción y los muchachos se dividen en dos grupos cuando Charlie, Hate 'Em All Harry y Billy toman diferentes posiciones. Lily asume el rol de mentora de Lotti mientras trabajan en un plan para escapar de la guarida de Blanco. Albert, Charlie y Hate 'Em se hacen cargo del trabajo de Blanco, usando sus talentos individuales mientras interceptan un trato de armas ilegales. Billy y Vic descubren que Blanco pretende traicionar a la pandilla.
