Judging as ever are Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and Andi Oliver, who are joined this week by Shehan Hettiaratchy, lead trauma surgeon at St Mary's Hospital who helped treat victims of the Grenfell Tower fire. Both chefs are hoping to impress with some unusual takes on the brief on the day's menu. Who will go through to complete the line up for next week's national final?
