In an effort to save Chastain, Bell considers selling the hospital to a conglomerate, but Kit tries to make him see that the negatives will outweigh the positives. With Conrad's help, Nic tracks down Kyle and pleads for him to reconsider donating a kidney to Jessie. Meanwhile, Mina voices her concern to Austin when Shira is assigned to Micah's surgery and Devon fights for the care of a patient whom the doctors suspect is uninsured.

Nic überzeugt Kyle von einer Nierenspende für Jessie. Chastains neuer Anästhesiearzt entpuppt sich ausgerechnet während einer OP als Drogensüchtiger und bringt damit Kyle in Lebensgefahr. I et forsøg på at redde Chastain, overvejer Bell at sælge hospitalet til et konglomerat, men Kit forsøger at få ham til at indse, at de negative aspekter i høj grad opvejer de positive. Med Conrads hjælp finder Nic Kyle og bønfalder om, at han genovervejer at donere en nyre til Jessie. Devon kæmper for at tage sig af en patient, som lægerne mistænker for ikke at være forsikret.

Bell overweegt het Chastain ziekenhuis te verkopen aan een conglomeraat. Met hulp van Conrad spoort Nic Kyle op en smeekt hem om opnieuw te overwegen een nier aan Jessie te doneren.
