In the 13th season judges are mentors selecting a team of singers whose assets they believe will allow them to win the competition. Each jury member has a professional team of people from the music industry by their choice helping their contestants with vocal performance and stage appearances. In the quarter-finals judges vote on contestants performances in duels thus choosing passers for semi-finals.
