Chantal Janzen en Tijl Beckand staan lijnrecht tegenover elkaar in dit nieuwe programma. De twee doen samen de nieuwe, humoristische spelshow De Jongens Tegen De Meisjes. In De Jongens tegen de Meisjes nemen twee teams het tegen elkaar op. Het ene team, onder leiding van Chantal, bestaat uit bekende vrouwen. Het andere bestaat uit Tijl en bekende mannen. Net als bij Ik Hou Van Holland worden de teams bijgestaan door het publiek. Achter het damesteam zitten honderd vrouwen, de heren krijgen steun van honderd mannen.
