草食系のひ弱な児童相談所職員の青年、城田。任侠集団の武闘派親分、鯖島。 そんな二人がある日謎の天変地異によって、身体はそのままで魂だけが入れ替わってしまう。魂と体が入れ替わった2人は闇の中で苦しむ子供たちを救う正義のスーパーヒーローになって行く。かくして現代のドン・キホーテ&サンチョと化した、2人の行く末はいかに･･･。
