Harry and Toto is a 26 x 10 minute flash animation series for pre-schoolers from Handle and Spout Productions, which has created an opposite world for Harry the Hare and Toto the Tortoise. They live at opposite ends of Opposite town and by tackling opposite combinations in every episode they realise that to every fast there is a slow and for every door that closes, another opens.
