2015년 대한민국, 신음하는 청춘들 공부도 취업도 사랑도 그 어느 것 하나 이 사회는 쉽게 허락하지 않는다. 사회는 쓰임 받을 기회조차 없는 청춘들에게 손을 내밀기 보다는 아픔을 청춘의 숙명인양 강요하고 흔들리라 다그친다. 그 중 특히 쓸모없어 보이는 복학생 병재와 루저 친구들에게 어느 날 갑자기 초능력이 생기면서 벌어지는 일들을 통해 세상에 쓸모없는 인간은 없음을 이야기한다
