Macoy and Tin are childhood best friends-turned lovers who grow up together in El Nido, Palawan and will dream of a better life for them and their family. However, circumstances will drive them apart when Tin goes to the U.S. to meet her estranged mother. Away from each other, they are forced to make it on their own, driving them further apart until their relationship crumbles.
