Bai Chuangshi (Ouyang Zhenhua) is from the lower class. Although he is a little clever, he is lazy and has no ambitions. He has only been engaged in the illegal act of stealing movies. By chance, Genesis was able to collaborate with Gai Yingjing (Deng Cuiwen), the only daughter of the famous film producer Gai Lan, to shoot the movie. Due to limited resources, Genesis had to temporarily recruit the unseen children's show host Lan Guangchang (Xie Tianhua) and the newcomer Gu Zhenqing (Kwong Wenxun) who was deeply affected by the scandal as the protagonists.
