In het gloednieuwe Expeditie Ondergronds, dat zich afspeelt in het ondergrondse Limburg, wordt een groep jongeren deze zomer 72 uur lang danig op de proef gesteld. In Expeditie Ondergronds gaan vijf jongens en vijf meisjes tussen 13 en 16 jaar de strijd met elkaar aan. Plaats van handeling: op 40 meter diepte bij ASP Adventure in Zuid-Limburg, dat een van de grootste ondergrondse grottenstelsels van Europa herbergt.
