Fairy Tail is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiro Mashima. The story follows the adventures of Natsu Dragneel, a member of the popular wizard guild Fairy Tail, as he searches the fictional world of Earth-land for the dragon Igneel.

Lucy heads to Fairy Hills to search for the person who posted a strange job request. Upon finding her, she reluctantly helps an old woman find something. Searching the dormitory all through the day, Lucy eventually finds what she was looking for after which she learns a surprising truth.
Lucy Heartfilia transfers to Fairy Academy, a school full of weirdos. Despite the strange events, people and the school they rival with, she grows to love this new academy over her former strict young ladies' academy.
Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Erza and Happy are sent to the past by the mysterious Magic book, Memory Days. During their adventure, the group tries to avoid coming into contact with the people, afraid that they may affect the future. However, the group finds that their actions subsequently led to Natsu's scar and Lucy joining Fairy Tail.
Mavis is bored staying alone on Tenrou Island, so she decides to pay the guild a visit, unaware that the Fairy Tail members are going to the beach for a training camp, for which she decides to tag along as well. The group faces a lot of trouble that is caused by Natsu and Gray. That night, the guys get more than they bargained for when the girls get drunk. In response, they come up with a devious plan soon after.
